I have been in the real estate business since 2005. I was a Realtor for a couple of real estate offices until I had enough experience to go on my own, and I have been a real estate broker since 2011.
During my years of service I have represented many buyers and sellers in their real estate needs — in regular sales as well as investment properties, short sales, cash sales, loan sales, distressed properties, and more.
I like the real estate business because every transaction is a challenge and a continuous learning process. It is a volatile business that requires a high degree of dedication and constant education.
Most of my clients are referrals from people who already sold or bought a home with me — and that only happens when people trust how they were treated. I take the time to make sure my clients are fully aware of the whole process. Service, honesty, dedication, and experience aren't slogans to me; they're why the referrals keep coming.
